1. The company behind Senitix
Senitix and Senitix CRM are provided by Senitix Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ., a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. When our legal documents say “Senitix,” “we” or “us,” they mean this company.

2. How to reach us
Each address below handles one kind of request. Using the right one gets your message to the right place the first time.
- Privacy and personal information: privacy@senitix.com. Questions about how we handle personal information, and requests to access, correct or delete it, including requests under US state privacy laws. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.
- Contracts and legal notices: legal@senitix.com. Questions about our Terms of Service or Data Processing Agreement, requests for signed copies, formal legal notices and copyright complaints.
- Security: security@senitix.com. Reports of a security vulnerability in Senitix. Our Security page describes how we protect the service.
- Support and billing: support@senitix.com. Help with your account or workspace, invoices, payments and plan changes.
- Everything else: info@senitix.com.

Unless your order form says otherwise, support is provided by email on weekdays, except public holidays in Türkiye, during business hours in İstanbul time (UTC+3). İstanbul is seven hours ahead of New York during daylight saving time and eight hours ahead the rest of the year.
3. Service status
Our status page at status.senitix.com shows the current status of the Senitix application, and it is where we report service-wide incidents. If Senitix is not working as expected and the status page shows no incident, email support@senitix.com.
The status page is information, not a service commitment. Where a service level applies, it is set out in the Service levels section of our Terms of Service and in your order form.
4. Where to send legal notices
4.1 Notices under an agreement
If your agreement with us, such as our Terms of Service or an order form you signed, says how notices must be given, follow it. Otherwise, send legal notices to Senitix in either of these ways:
- By email: legal@senitix.com, with “Legal notice” in the subject line.
- By courier or registered mail: Senitix Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ., Attn: Legal, Cevizli Mah. Zuhal Cad. A Blok No:46 İç Kapı No:50, Maltepe, İstanbul, Türkiye.
We have applied for a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, the electronic equivalent of registered mail in Türkiye. Until it is issued, please use email or post. We will add the KEP address to this page once we have it.
4.2 Court documents and other legal process
Court documents and other formal legal process must be served on Senitix Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ. at its registered office in Türkiye, in a manner permitted by applicable law. Please also email a copy to legal@senitix.com so it reaches us without delay. Emailing a copy is a courtesy only: it is not itself service, and sending or accepting it does not waive any requirement or defense concerning the manner, timing or sufficiency of service.
4.3 Copyright complaints
If you believe that material stored in Senitix infringes your copyright, send your notice to legal@senitix.com. The Copyright section of our Terms of Service explains what a notice must include and how we respond to it.
5. Customers in the United States
Senitix has no legal entity in the United States. Customers in the United States contract with Senitix Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ., the Turkish company named in section 1, under our Terms of Service, which are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the United States, Senitix is offered only to businesses for business use, not to consumers.
We run the Senitix application on Amazon Web Services in the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany, with disaster recovery in Ireland. Some of the service providers we use are based in the United States. Our Sub-processors page lists the providers that process personal data for us.
