CRM by industry, set up the way your team sells
A freight quote, a fee proposal and a dealer price book call for different fields, stages and approvals. FAQ
Questions about industry setups
What does an industry page describe?
What a team in that industry can set up in Senitix CRM: the fields a deal carries, an example pipeline with guidance on each stage, the quote and contract steps, and the reports built on them. Nothing on the page is applied to your workspace. Your team sets up what fits its process and leaves the rest.
Which plan does an industry setup need?
Senitix CRM is not priced by industry, so there is no industry plan to choose. A setup draws on custom fields, quotes and automation rules, and the comparison table on the pricing page shows what each plan includes.
What if my business does not fit any of these?
Start from the closest one. Stages, fields and reports can all be renamed or rebuilt, so a team in an industry not listed here sets up its own process the same way. Nothing on these pages implies that an industry’s legal or regulatory compliance becomes automatic.
Can we change the setup later?
Yes. Stages and fields can be renamed or added at any time, and existing deals keep their history. The guidance on each stage is text your team writes and edits, not a rule the product enforces.
