AI sales assistant
Senitix AI prepares the work. Your team makes the call.
Senitix AI is the AI sales assistant built into Senitix CRM. It writes a daily digest, answers questions in a copilot chat, drafts and rewrites email, summarizes threads and suggests next steps on a deal or lead. It works inside each user's permissions and sends or changes nothing in the CRM until that user confirms.
Limits and data
Senitix AI reads only what a user can already see, and your CRM data is not used to train AI models. Each user has a daily request allowance within a monthly usage budget. Lead scoring is a separate, rule-based feature, not AI. Plan availability is on the pricing page.
Capabilities
What does Senitix AI do?
| Capability | What the user gets | What keeps it in bounds |
|---|---|---|
| Daily digest | A short brief on the app's home screen each day: stalled deals, deals near their expected close date and overdue follow-ups, each linked to its record | Built only from records that user owns |
| Copilot chat | Plain-English questions about your pipeline or a single record, record lookups, and proposed changes such as a note, a field update or a stage move | The user's record visibility and module permissions; every change waits for confirmation |
| Email help | A draft in the tone and length you choose, rewrites, reply suggestions, subject lines and thread summaries, inside the email composer | Requires permission to write email; never sends anything |
| Next-step suggestions | A short, ranked list of next steps for a deal or a lead, each with its reason | Requires read access to the record; runs only when asked |
| Confirmed changes | A change the copilot proposed, applied once the user confirms it | Permissions are checked again at the moment it runs |
Scroll the table sideways to see every column.
Every capability in this table runs inside the requesting user's permissions, and an admin decides which roles can use Senitix AI at all.
Email help
How does Senitix AI help with email?
In the email composer, tell Senitix AI what the message should cover, and it writes a draft in the tone and length you pick, using the lead, contact, account or deal the email is linked to. It rewrites what you have already written (shorter, longer, more formal, friendlier, simpler or with the grammar fixed), suggests a reply or a subject line, and summarizes a long thread before a call.
The text lands in the composer, not in a customer’s inbox. The rep reads it, edits it and decides whether to send it.
- Nothing is sent until you press Send
- Tones: professional, friendly, formal or persuasive, in a short, medium or long draft
- Check prices, dates and terms against the record before a draft goes out
Next step
How does Senitix AI suggest a next step?
Open a lead, or a key deal on your home screen, and ask for next steps. Senitix AI reads what the record holds, such as the expected close date, days in the current stage and time since the last activity, and returns a short, ranked list of actions, each with the reason behind it.
The list is advice for the rep, who decides what to do with it.
- Runs only when someone asks, so it uses a request only then
- Nothing is scheduled, sent or changed by the suggestion
- A record with empty fields gets a thinner suggestion
Data and limits
What data does Senitix AI use, and who processes it?
Senitix AI works inside each user’s permissions: it reads only the records that person can already see, and an admin decides which roles may use it. Your CRM data is not used to train AI models. When a copilot question needs public information, such as industry news, the copilot can search the web, and only the search query it writes goes to the search provider.
The Data Processing Agreement and the sub-processor list set out how customer data is processed, by whom and where.
- Each user has a daily request allowance and a monthly usage budget
- When either runs out, AI pauses for that user and the rest of the CRM keeps working
- Copilot conversations are visible only to the user who had them, who can delete them
FAQ
Questions about Senitix AI
Which Senitix plans include AI?
Senitix AI is included on Growth, Professional and Enterprise; the Free plan has no AI. Each user gets 30, 65 or 140 requests a day on those plans, plus a monthly usage budget. The allowance belongs to each user, so one heavy user cannot use up everyone else’s requests. The Senitix CRM pricing page lists the daily AI requests for each plan.
Will Senitix AI email a customer or change a record by itself?
No. Email help puts a draft in the composer, and a person sends it. If a user asks the copilot to send an email, it shows the recipient and subject first and sends only after that user confirms. A proposed change, such as a new record, a field update or a stage move, also waits for confirmation, and permissions are checked again when it runs. A change covered by an approval process goes to approval. Read the full policy in our guide to why Senitix AI never sends anything on its own.
Is my CRM data used to train AI models?
No. Senitix does not use your CRM data, your prompts or Senitix AI’s answers to train AI models, and Senitix AI reads only the records the requesting user is allowed to see. The Data Processing Agreement and the sub-processor list set out how customer data is processed, by whom and where.
Can an admin control who uses Senitix AI?
Yes. Using Senitix AI is a role permission, so an admin can grant it to some roles and withhold it from others. Anyone who has it works inside their own access: the daily digest covers records they own, and the copilot, email help and next-step suggestions read only the records they can already see.
Is lead scoring part of Senitix AI?
No. Lead, contact and deal scoring is a separate, rule-based feature: an admin sets up scoring profiles, and each score comes from the record’s field values. Senitix AI does not calculate or change scores, and scoring does not count against anyone’s AI requests.
Can Senitix AI be wrong?
Yes. Senitix AI works from what is in the record, and it can still misread a thread or state something with more confidence than the data supports. Treat every draft, summary and suggestion as a starting point, and check prices, dates, contract terms and personal details against the record before anything reaches a customer.
What happens when a user reaches the daily AI limit?
AI requests pause for that user until the allowance resets at midnight UTC, which is 7 p.m. Eastern in winter and 8 p.m. in summer, and the rest of Senitix CRM keeps working. The daily digest can fall back to a list ranked by fixed rules instead of a written brief. A monthly usage budget per user applies as well; whichever limit is reached first pauses AI for that user until it resets.
