1. Who publishes our content
The guides, blog articles and customer stories on senitix.com are published by the Senitix Editorial Team of Senitix Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ., the company in İstanbul, Türkiye that builds Senitix CRM. An article’s byline names the team rather than one person, because every article passes through more than one pair of hands before it is published. When an article is written or reviewed by a named specialist, the article says so.
2. Who we write for
We write for sales teams and the people who run them: founders, sales managers, sales ops and the reps who live in a CRM every day. The English site is written for teams in the United States and the Turkish site for teams in Türkiye. The two are written separately, with their own examples and their own sources, rather than translated from one another.
3. How we source what we write
- Every statistic carries a link to the source it came from, and the source is one that publishes its method: a research firm, a public body or the vendor whose product is described.
- We do not invent customers, quotes, people, figures or ratings. A customer story describes what the customer has made public or approved, and a result appears only with its definition, its period and its source.
- When a source changes or disappears, we update the sentence or remove it.
4. How we describe Senitix CRM
An article describes what Senitix CRM does today. A capability that has not been released is not described as available. Prices, plan limits and trial lengths are read from the plans the application publishes, so the pages change when the plans do; the pricing page is where plan details are compared.
5. How we compare other products
Senitix sells a CRM, so a comparison on this site is written by a vendor, and we say so. We describe other products from their own public pages and pricing, say when the information was checked, and link the vendor’s page where we can. We name the cases where another product is the better fit, because a buyer who chooses the wrong CRM is not a customer we want.
6. How we use AI tools
We use AI tools to research, outline and draft some of our content, the same way we expect our customers to use Senitix AI: the tool prepares the work and people decide. Before an article is published it is checked against the product and against its sources, and the team is responsible for every sentence on the page.
7. How we keep content current
Articles are reviewed when the product changes, when a source changes and when a reader tells us something is wrong. A reviewed article is updated in place at the same address, so a link to it keeps working.
8. Independence
Senitix does not accept payment for a mention, a ranking or a link in its articles, and no link in an article is an affiliate link.
9. Reporting a mistake
If you find a factual error, an outdated price or a broken source, write to info@senitix.com with the page’s address and what is wrong. We read every report and correct the page when the report holds up. Who we are, and how to reach the company for anything else, is on the company information page.
