Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
What Senitix CRM charges and when, how a subscription renews, how much notice you get before a price rises, how to cancel, what access you keep afterward, and when money comes back.

This page is the short version of how paying for Senitix CRM works. It is here so that you can read the terms that matter in about a minute, before you enter a card. The contract behind it is Section 5 of our Terms of Service, and Section 5 governs if the two ever differ.
1. What you pay, and when
A paid subscription is priced for each seat and charged in advance, either for a month at a time or for a year at a time. A yearly subscription is charged once, at the start, for all twelve months. Current prices and what each plan includes are on our pricing page.
The Growth and Professional plans can be tried free for 14 days (Enterprise has no trial), with no card needed to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, the workspace stays on the no-cost plan with its data, and the first charge is taken when you move to a paid plan at checkout. The no-cost plan has no end date and needs no card. We charge the card you save at checkout, through our payment provider, and every charge produces an invoice or a receipt.
2. Your subscription renews by itself
Unless you cancel first, the subscription continues at the end of each paid period. A monthly subscription renews for another month, and a yearly one for another year. On the day the new period starts we charge the card on file, at the price then in force for your plan and your number of seats. This repeats until you cancel it, and there is no end date at which it stops on its own.
3. If we raise the price
We tell the workspace owner and administrators at least 30 days before a higher price could apply to you. The new price starts at your first renewal after those 30 days have run, so there is always time to cancel before it is charged. A price change is never applied to a period you have already paid for.
4. How to cancel
Open the billing settings of your workspace and choose to cancel the subscription. You can also write to support@senitix.com from the address of a workspace owner or administrator, and we will cancel it for you.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut short the period you have already paid for, and you do not need to give a reason.
5. What you keep afterward
You keep full use of the workspace until the last day of the period you paid for. After that day the workspace turns read-only for 30 days: your users can still sign in, read every record and export it as CSV or Excel files, but nothing can be added or changed. If you change your mind inside those 30 days, the owner can start the subscription again and full use returns.
At the end of the 30 days we close the workspace and delete the data in it from our live systems. Our Data Retention Policy sets out what is deleted, what we are required to keep, and for how long.
6. When money comes back
What you have already paid for the current period is not returned if you cancel, move to a smaller plan, remove seats or simply stop using the product partway through it. That is the rule for monthly and yearly subscriptions alike. There are four exceptions:
- a charge taken twice, or taken in error, which we return in full;
- a refund that mandatory law requires;
- a period you prepaid and cannot use because the subscription ended under one of the termination rights in the Terms of Service, for example where we discontinue your plan or the product, where you end the agreement because we did not cure a material breach, or where a change we had to make for legal or security reasons affects you; and
- a period you prepaid and cannot use because you ended the subscription after objecting to a new sub-processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
Approved refunds go back to the card that paid, through our payment provider. We aim to send them within 10 business days of approving them, and your bank may take a few days more to show the credit. If a charge looks wrong, please write to support@senitix.com before you dispute it with your bank: we can usually settle it faster than a dispute can.
7. Where the full terms are
Section 5 of the Terms of Service is the contract text on fees, renewal, cancellation and refunds, and Section 19 covers export and deletion. Taxes are dealt with in Section 5.3: we do not currently collect US sales tax, and if that changes we will tell you before it appears on an invoice. Invoices are issued by Senitix Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ.; our company information page carries the registration details, and support@senitix.com answers billing questions.
